With the advent of C.A.D technology we are now able to supply computer cut vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces such as pure PVC wet-look canopies, vehicles and glass. More modern systems now allow us to take this a stage further to produce the type of corporate design logos that we reproduce in frost vinyl and apply to glazed office partitions under the legal requirement of manifestation, and full image photographs that can be reproduced on to fabrics so large that we can wrap an entire building with them.
There are some substrates, however, that are not suitable for applying vinyls or digital print to, and these are generally the fabrics that are used in the manufacture of Awnings.
Reinforced supported PVC and Teflon coated acrylic cloth both have textured surfaces, and we therefore employ the services of a traditional signwriter whose expertise and craftsmanship in this highly skilled naturally talented field allow us to reproduce one-off designs on to our Awning fabrics.
Smaller multi-production runs will very often necessitate the application of silk-screen printing, however for those unique and individual one-off, personal logo prints there is still no substitute for doing things the old-fashioned way, by letting our in-house, expert Signwriter reproduce your artwork for you. |
