The Eclipse Development Team, tasked to produce a synergistic solution to the problems associated with solar glare and heat, whilst ensuring improved energy conservation and safety, has brought together a unique combination of automatic blind systems and high performance shading materials - a partnership of innovation.

In isolation, an electrically powered blind is not an innovation - others are available though they are generally mechanically complex, cumbersome and expensive. This tends to limit the application of powered shading systems to luxury or inaccessible commercial installations.

Adding "intelligence" to the blind, to enable it to respond automatically, is out of the question for most installations, driven out of reach by cost.

Powershade is a needs-based development. It was designed, from the ground up, to satisfy all of the demands of specifiers for a high performance window shading system at a reasonable cost. There are no accessories, add-on extras or afterthoughts, Powershade is the total solution. Quite simply, it does everything a well-designed window shading system should do - and it does it automatically.

SYSTEM FLEXIBILITY:
Powershade Contract System can be configured in an infinite number of ways to suit any installation and offer a variety of hierachical levels of control. This means that the Powershade System is just as appropriate for a couple of windows in a small office as it is for thousands of windows in a complex, multi-storey installation.

Powershade Contract System is designed to meet immediate and developing window shading needs and levels of control. The System is configured with upwards compatibility in mind, so it is a simple, on-site exercise to upgrade between Systems.
