ISO DESIGN
Iso-Design Blinds have recently been introduced by several suppliers within the UK to meet the ever-growing demand for blinds to be installed as neatly as possible to PVCu windows in their myriad of applications. Not only are most modern conservatories manufactured from modern PVCu sections and components, but also most replacement windows and doors installed in older properties now tend to be of double-glazed, sealed-unit PVCu construction, and as such, require that the window blind be set against the frame in as neat a manner as possible. Eclipse have their own branded system known as Intu; Louvolite promoting their Perfect Fit name. Both of these systems work in the same manner, and both are of equal and excellent quality. The principle is simple, in that the blind and it's mechanism are housed neatly within an integral pelmet and side channel system that is designed to clip securely in to the different styles of frame shapes available for these types of windows. Installation is therefore quick and simple, without the requirement for drilling or screws, and the mono-control operation is smooth and effortless within the slimline framework that enables the blind to simply blend in to the window frame itself.
2010 Comparative Price Guide - 1m x 2m Manual Blind - £264.00 (inc vat)

Here is an example of Iso Design Venetian Blinds installed neatly to these tilt-and-turn windows. The ultra-neat framework that houses the blind and the operating cords hides all of the working mechanisms within it's very simple and effective PVCu trim.

Once installed to the window frame, it becomes easy to open the window in either mode with the blind firmly attached. Very few other styles of window blind offer this facility, the ability to have the blind fully closed whilst the window is turned to fully open.
