Thanks to having the mast at the side, we can take our place in the social circle directly under the shade without the view to the opposite side being obstructed, thus providing comfortable space and liberty. The Amalfis powerful arms lift the summery roof high above the table, where it seems to float freely because the mast is outside the central point, and never in our field of vision when we have gathered around the table. The shade can easily be rotated through 360 degrees in the stand, and where a wall mounting is used therefore, once the Amalfi is closed after use, it can be swivelled over to the wall to save space. The robust shade mast, made out of 4mm thick aluminium 60mm x 60mm box section, is powdercoated to make it low maintenance and absolutely weatherproof. The Amalfi sunshade is available at up to 4 meters across, and is very simple to attach to the mast with a simple quarter turn of the frame. The Amalfi can then be opened and closed really easily using the high quality rope winch, which is secure, self-locking, and holds the shade tight in every position.
