We manufacture our own 25mm Venetian Blinds in-house using a fully automated, air operated Turnils machine which forms the flat coil stock into a stable, curved profile, then crops, punches, threads and alternates the ladder braid. The head and bottom rails are cut, punched and assembled, and the blind finished to drop manually by our experienced corders on an electric hoist. We can make around fifty blinds a day with our current staffing level, and we carry around a hundred colours of flat 25mm slat in stock. We pride ourselves on our efficiency of installation service particularly with this product. We supply all market sectors, from domestic through schools to hospitals and MOD. We also supply the trade on a very fast turnaround basis. However, the biggest part of our turnover is for interiors companies, office refurbishment specialists, building contractors and partitioning companies, where we genuinely believe our service to be unbeatable. As a general rule, we cover most of the UK with our nationwide installation service, and we do not charge for our surveys. We offer them as a free service so that our clients can relax in the knowledge that our experience will ensure that the blinds are measured to fit correctly first time. This way we feel confident that we can comfortably meet those all-important completion dates. Good service is not necessarily about price.
